Services
We provide AI agent implementation, website design, SEO/AEO, CRM and workflow automation, and paid ads management for service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each client's proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Our Guarantee
Where a service is sold under our "Real Work In 30 Days Or You Don't Pay" guarantee, the specific deliverables covered are listed in your proposal. The guarantee applies to delivery of the stated work, not to third-party outcomes such as search rankings, which no provider can guarantee.
Payment
Fees and billing schedules are set in your service agreement. Recurring services renew until cancelled per the notice terms in that agreement.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you (your website, content, and configurations). We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Our internal tools, processes, and frameworks remain ours.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to breach its security, or use our content without permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip Drop Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
